Live Facial Recognition Operation in Peckham Town Centre

Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team joined forces with the Peckham Town Centre Team  for a Live Facial Recognition (LFR) operation in Rye Lane yesterday. Five wanted people were identified, intercepted and arrested including one who was wanted for Recall to Prison and another who was wanted for Strangulation + Stalking offences. Four Registered Sex Offenders were also stopped and their compliance was checked against their conditions.
